As far as I can see, that "problem" is that a majority of the American people want something that (a) the Constitution does not guarantee to them, and which (b) we could not afford even if it did.
I'm ready to work on that problem. But we have to start by explaining to that majority why they are wrong.

The two most popular excuses on the list: lowering premiums, and -— saving (!) Medicaid expansion (!)-— two directly conflicting platforms, since one supports the other.
I don’t know how the Congress talks a free market insurance company into slashing their prices when there’s a whole world besides us out there to sell to. Or, why Congress would even try if rates are going to be negotiated state by state. Maybe that is why there were tax credits built in? But building those in caused others to term the plan a ‘entitlement program’ - because there were tax credits! Can’t win for losing I guess.
