The embassy says he wasn't tracked by Saudi security services and didn't have a criminal record there.
The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in London says that the Westminster attacker was in the country three times and taught English there.
A statement released late Friday says Khalid Masood taught English in Saudi Arabia from November 2005 to November 2006 and again from April 2008 to April 2009.

You don’t just go to a foreign country and proceed to teach. How was he certified to teach?
Around 2005, he apparently does some English classes down in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia teaching English. He claimed...it’s not factual...that he had some economic degree. So far, from 40-odd news points, I fail to see where or how he got a degree.
I should point out...from the age of 18...he had convictions...with various run-in’s with the cops. It’s said that he holds a TESOL training certificate, and this is what lined up jobs in Saudi Arabia. Maybe he paid off someone for the certificate, or he had a fake.
Ok. Here’s why he was in Saudi Arabia three times.
The first was for his “bris”.
The second was for his Bar Mitzvah.
The third was to teach English.
How’s this for “fake news”?
