He pushed her too hard then tried to back down and tried to return to his vehicle (big no-no). She was rattled by their confrontation and fired her pistol when the Tazer went off beside her.
Wasnt there PCP found? Cant remember.
Regardless the video commentary was clear that he was engaging with her and not complying before her backup arrived.
If she would have shot him dead when he was in total defiance of her authority on the passenger side of her car there would have been no questions.
Usually youll see a video with a bunch of cops, and theyll all start shooting simultaneously when the suspect does this or that.
How come the other officers with their guns trained on Crutcher didnt think it was a shoot now situation?

Judge, Jury, and Executioner?
Really?
From Wiki:
Autopsy results released by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner indicated that Terence Crutcher had “acute phencyclidine (PCP) intoxication” at the time of the shooting. The report stated that Mr. Crutcher had 96 nanograms per milliliter of PCP in his blood at the time of death. The report also indicated that tenocyclidine (TCP), a psychostimulant and hallucinogen which is more potent than PCP, was present.
