Actually, if you scroll down to the last couple of paragraphs you’ll see what the erf defenders really think of “DENIERS”. And the solution. Ya don’t mess with peoples money. ;-)
Well, I certainly am happy I did not tell my neighbor about my furnace malfunction. Last night the temp inside was 76 degrees so I turned down the thermostat. This morning it was 80 degrees. Yikes.
The emergency furnace man just left, and my only regret is the money I had to spend. Could not care less about global warming, just thankful for natural gas and the carbons that fuel the furnace.
I usually burn a tire in the backyard too.
My neighbor tried this last year and broke her toe walking through the house in the dark.
I always try to have a tire fire in “honor” of algore ;’}
Every environmentalist is a lying totalitarian thug.
I celebrated early by buying the last 5.4 liter V8 Ford Expedition made.
Is this a white liberal school teacher celebration, like kwanzaa?
The cult of the global warming/ climate change nuts is all about money and control.
Like you, I turn on *everything* for “Earth Hour” — but, I also turn off everything for the hour prior. That makes for an even stronger statement.
The day after every past “Earth Day”, the media reports how much energy was “saved” by all the earnest planet savers. They simply look at local electricity consumption in the hour before the switch-off event, and compare that to the consumption during the magic hour.
Turning everything off earlier lowers the benchmark & thus neutralizes the impact of at least one sanctimonious planet saver. Turning everything on during “Earth Hour” probably neutralizes the impact of two or three ‘planet savers’.
