A teenage boy was told by school leaders that he had to “tolerate” undressing in front of a female student and to make it as “natural” as possible, according to a blockbuster lawsuit filed in a Pennsylvania federal district court.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday by Alliance Defending Freedom and Independence Law Center, alleges the Boyertown Area School District shamed the teenage boy and violated his personal privacy. They are also alleging sexual harassment.
“No school should rob any student of this legally protected personal privacy,” ILC attorney Randall Wenger said. “We trust that our children won’t be forced into emotionally vulnerable situations like this when they are in the care of our schools because it’s a school’s duty to protect and respect the bodily privacy and dignity of all students.”
In the case of “Joel Doe” – they clearly ignored that duty.

Or what? What the hell are they going to do if he doesn’t force himself to ‘feel comfortable’? Cripes- Now we’re being ordered how to feel about something? What the hell is this? North Korea?
When I was 21, my family and I attended the wedding of a childhood friend of mine, with whom I had gone to grammar school with and our mothers met and became friends and had stayed friends through the years. That all sounds like something pretty "normal"...right? But that's just part of the story!
You see, my friend and her family are black; extremely light skinned, even lighter than the term "HIGH YELLAR" means. None of us ever gave race a thought, back then. :-)
Well, at the wedding, in the church, everyone else was.... varying shades of what is now called black! We were the ONLY Caucasoids in attendance.
It didn't bother me nor my family one bit.
It didn't "let us know what it was like to be the only blacks in a group of whites", either.
And I doubt that the other attendees even considered that we might be "sort of" black.
It's Oceania (or Eurasia, or Eastasia; pick one).
And, TPTB are playing O'Brien, and they want to "get inside you", just as O'Brien "got inside" Winston Smith. They don't punish thoughtcrime, they cure it, and the cure is worse than punishment.
In some instances, where the boy claims that he is SHE, I bet that they are making girls share locker rooms with mentally deranged boys too.

The Left has gone completely BONKERS.
Today I had to fill out forms at a medical center. The forms had the usual check-boxes, except under “GENDER,” there were 5 or 6 categories. (I kid you not.)
The form also asked for “sexuality” and offered several categories for that. Wish I’d taken a picture of it.
The Left has always admired the naked savage. To them it is getting close to nature like their image of the first humans and primitive humans on earth today. I imagine is this concept gave birth to the nudist colony and the orgy.

but I remember being totally embarrassed and humiliated when in grade school we girls had to sit and watch with snickering grade school boys a girls anatomy video...
all they talked about the boys was "wet dreams"...that's it...

I have a solution to this, but I hesitate to write it out of fear someone might actually implement it. You never know these days.
No more facilities separated by sex. 100% compulsory coed rest rooms, locker rooms, and showers. Let everyone learn to become “tolerant” and feel “natural” about it all at once. Get rid of silly, prudish ideas about privacy and modesty once and for all. The transgendered kids won’t have to worry about being welcome in their facility of choice. Normal kids who feel their sense of modesty violated might get some comfort from knowing that when everyone gets naked together, everyone is in the same boat modesty-wise. Now that’s equality!
The name of the school needs to be changed to Garden of Eden.

This is insane. Would never let my teenage daughter in this school.
