No, everyone in the US, legally or illegally has pretty much the same rights (exceptions being voting, running for office). The Constitution uses ‘person’ more often than ‘citizen’. So if ICE knows an illegal is in a house, they have to get a warrant to enter just like other law enforcement officers. Of course illegals don’t have the right to be here and can get sent home. Citizens cannot be expelled from the country (with the exception of naturalized citizens who lied or withheld info when they applied for citizenship like Mafiosos and Nazi SS members).
