This is insanity.

I don’t think the bootlegger wars had this many shootings.

Rudy laid out the blueprint. All you have to do is FOLLOW IT.

NYC was Brutal with drugs and prostitutes and shootings.

Eight years later, I couldn’t believe the transformation. (i’m sure it has transferred back some under deblasio).

Why would you not implement the same strategy?

Because it is easier to blame the police and society instead of acknowledging the failed culture that created such anarchy. The welfare state has been an abysmal failure in the inner-cities and this is the result. The only answer they know is to feed the bureaucracy and blame everyone else so they continue to get elected and children continue to be victimized.
