I want complete repeal. Then work on health CARE instead of just INSURANCE reform.

Defunding goes quite far in stopping the ACA, demoralizing the RATs and killing Obola’s “legacy”.
The original ACA was 2300 pages. It will take a bill of that size or larger to kill it. That will take some time.
