I looked it up and saw this is the name of the Israeli who disclosed that Israel had a nuclear weapons program, showing photos that proved the same. I think that if anyone in the Middle East should be trusted with nukes then it should be Israel, but I dont understand how that disclosure though momentus envinces self-hatred. Israel state employees then and now knew and were made aware that Israel's nuke program was supposed to be a secret; giving away someone's secret deliberately (not accidentally) is an act of betrayal. He betrayed his own people, hence a self-hater.

He betrayed his own people, hence a self-hater. On Snowden, he easily also can be argued to hate his American-ness, given how he betrayed his nation.
