The man police believe to be responsible for the terrorist attack in Westminster has been formally identified as Khalid Masood.

Scotland Yard named the 52-year-old after Islamic State claimed that the Westminster terrorist who brought bloodshed to the heart of London was a "soldier" of the terror group.
