If we have to let boys/men into the girls locker rooms or showers in order to get the company or sporting event.. go elsewhere.
The gays, and esp the lesbian mayor of Charlotte opened Pandora’s box with their original ordinance that allowed locker room gender integration.
They weren’t satisfied with the status quo . Trans using the opposite bathroom with no one the wiser. Nope, not good enough.
They wanted to be able to flaunt it legally.
Sorry Charley/Charlene.
While NC still had a Republican Governor, the legislature should have passed a law forbidding any college from paying for conference membership to a conference that refuses to host events in the state.
IMO one of the primary reasons the Charlotte ordinance was passed was to help defeat Gov McCrory.
And it certainly helped, a lot. All the talk about lost revenue frightened folks.
Funny, after the election and McCrory’s defeat, Charlotte rescinded the ordinance.
McCrory and the repubs did not do a decent job of defending HB2.
All the talk of bathrooms, no mention of the more egregious showers and locker rooms.
The stock argument of the degenerate tranny lobby is that they’ve “been using the public restrooms of their gender identity for eons without incident,” and that suddenly that’s unacceptable.
My instant retort is that if it’s been “without incident” and no problem all this time, why did Charlotte, and many other local entities, feel the need to mandate this policy?
Yep. Discrimination is discrimination.
Exactly, my contention also.
IMO, the reason is a trannie could step out of the stall shaking his/its tallywacker and nothing could be done about it.
I agree, the state voted straight GOP except for the governor?
My grandmother was from NC (many visits as a kid). How in heck does that rag even get published in NC?
Sales-tax free?
Charlotte rescinded the bathroom/locker room ordinance? Why?
Sorry, I meant to say state income tax-free.
