This is my hope, from my impressions:
Trump has said many times that Obamacare will implode in 2017.
He has also said several times that the politically “smart” thing to do would be to let it fail. Then the Dems would come begging.
Well, let it pass the House, let it die in the Senate.
Blame the Dems for failure and wait for implosion.
Repubs and Trump skate, they tried.
Dems come crawling?

Everybody knows the Pubs control the WH, House and Senate. They can no longer “blame the Dems” for not getting things done. If Obamacare collapses and they haven’t repealed and replaced as promised, it’s their fault. They own whatever happens.
Obamacare centralized insurance in a few big companies, as is common with big government programs. Those big insurance companies are now too big to fail.
The plan of the far left is to double down and merge the insurance companies into an an even bigger single insurance company... a medimae or medimac similar to fanniemae/fanniemac.
Are there more than 50 Republicans who have the brains (or cajones) to strategize a better political path?
Dems would have to have some sort of epiphaneous experience before they would “come crawling.”
