I*d like to know why he keeps deciding that he has to announce the existence of investigations, the decision not to recommend indictments, etc. He said this was in the public interest. Why?

Why couldn’t he just follow standard policy on all of these and keep his mouth shut?

Is sadism a type of psychopathy? To me, he appears to be a sadist, doing whatever he needs to do to mess with people’s minds — and taking extreme enjoyment in watching them squirm. He’s one sick SOB.

That's not fair: Even a twisted psycopath would've had the decency to show up clean shaven at an Intel committee hearing instead of looking like he just stumbled in from a weekend bender.
