I noticed something very odd. Comey said at the outset he was there “representing the men and women of the FBI.” What?? Isn’t he there testifying at the request of Congress and in his role as FBI Director? Why was he talking about representing his people??
I think he’s acting to cover the tracks of FBI personnel who were out investigating Trump which was highly questionable.
Comey also said something else that was of interest: he said that they will continue with the investigation into the Russians vs the election, “no matter where it leads”....
I would REALLY like to know what he meant by that. And I would also like to know why Trump kept him on board.
And why was Trump, a private citizen, under investigation for YEARS?
It looks like the FBI needs to be dismantled and reorganized from the fish head down.
He isn’t into representing the country and it’s people only HIS bureaucracy he cares about! Typical swamp wallowing bullfrog, makes a loud noise but that is about it.
