I have a relative that has been on it before..she had to pay for her meal. I can’t remember how much but something like $5.00. She is not at poverty level and could afford it. Just disabled.

She got it in her head she didn’t want it anymore. Something about they forgot her drinks or didn’t bring her the right kind or something.

I see a value in this service. It does help people.

I used to have clients who learned job training there so saw behind the scenes. Yes, it does help people. But it isn’t being run properly. Lots of scamming.
