I don't know about that. There''s a lot of circumstantial evidence, if anecdotal, that something involving the Russians was up. Top 5 examples:

#5: When I went to vote on election day morning, my usual parking space was taken up by a tank with a big red star on it.

#4: The nice little old ladies who usually check our voter's registration cards and driver's licenses were replaced with Boris and Natashia from the Rocky and Bullwinkle TV show.

#3:Our democrat Party county chairman who usually buys votes from the winos and drunks with half-pint bottles of gin was using vodka this year.

#2:Our Republican Party county chairman who usually buys votes from the homeless with 20$ bills was using Rubles this year.

#1:All the ballot info on our voting machines was in Cyrillic Russian language characters. I think I voted for President Kaopectate....
