Comey has the goods on the Clintons AND the Obamas..and the Obamas and the Clintons have the goods on Comey which is why he never filed any charges against her..anyone else would have gone to prison for what that witch did but Clinton, she doesn’t spend a day in jail. I also caught a peculiar look on Comey’s face during the hearing when the press was discussed. It gave me a gut feeling that he leaked this crap to the press.

That's one possibility. Another is that indicting a major party presidential nominee during a campaign would bring down a massive firestorm of rage on the head of anybody who tried to do it. Yet another possibility is that as part of the permanent government, Comey preferred Clinton to Trump.
