That’s a huge factor. They pay a livable wage and they’ll get employees. What they’re paying illegals are chump change, like wages from the 1990s. This has been the problem all along with thousands of unscrupulous greedy employers as the government stood by winking and nodding as they played right into their new world order globalist plans.
It will be a combination of higher wages to attract domestic employees, and higher investment in automation/robotics.
