Like Rush always says. Obama doesn’t have to tell them to do it...he put people in place that just knew what to do for him. Kind of like the mafia boss not needing to directly say...murder that person. He had people in charge that knew what he needed done.

But Obama issued an order allowing all the CIA information to be disseminated across 16 different intelligence agencies in order to preserve any transcripts or dossiers on Trump.
