With your driverless model, are you going to have a camera in the car and someone at Uber Central monitoring whose barf it is?
I’ve met Uber drivers who use dash cams.
In Russia, everyone has them, because liability is such an issue there.
Whoever owns the car needs to have cameras to protect themselves.
Of course that means a constant, high-speed Internet connection also (if you want to be able to monitor remotely).
So that’s something I had not given much thought to. These things are not terribly expensive, but they are additional expenses. At what point profit justifies the expenses and risks, I’m not sure. But I’m pretty sure people will do it.
