Uber charges the passenger a cleaning fee when this happens. I have heard of it happening too. I’ve heard of cases where the passenger was charged more than $100 for this.
Of course, I agree with you. That’s not something that you ever want to happen in your vehicle. How could they really compensate fairly for such a thing?
With your point in mind, I’m pretty sure cameras would be essential for driverless service. Wouldn’t be a bad idea for current drivers either.
