I concur. But if that were to happen, they'd use it for fundraising, then stall the case in the courts for years. Two better approaches:
1: In both state and federal courts, bring lawsuits against them and their organization for conspiracy to deprive civil rights, and soliciting violations of federal law [18 USC #242) which prohibits the enactment of laws, customs or regulations that deprive citizens of any right guaranteed by the US Constitution. In many jurisdictions, this law containing sufficient penalty *teeth*, to include capital punishment in some circumstances as to keep them and their lawyers very, very busy. This was the means by which the financial back of the Ku Klux Klan was broken.
Such suits can also be filed for triple damages in some states under certain circumstances. This both provides an opportunity to investigate their funding sources and membership lists during the discovery phase of such actions, opening the door for additional charges to include Racketeering, in the event of destruction of evidence or other Obstruction of Justice. This would also offer the opportunity to file a complaint with the Postal Inspection Service that their address is being used for criminal purposes, allowing for a court-ordered *hold* on their mail services to prevent additional criminality.
But not just yet. Let's get a trusted appointee on the Supreme Court first, maybe two, and some effective prosecutors in the Justice Dep't Office of Civil Rights. And of course determining the precise motives and scope of the Kelly/Giffords Crime Family remains incomplete. We know they despise firearms ownership and use- but why?
And secondly, besides guns, and gun owners, and their political opposition, what else is it they hate and fear so much with their attacks? That motivation needs to be made clear, though I believe it's as clear as the words on this page.

Title 18 should be used more. I had a friend that used it on an out of control Sheriff and the judge wouldn’t even hear the case - he thought Title 18 was to be used by the .gov only.
