My theory is - and I am not kidding here - leftists never developed emotionally to adulthood. If you ever saw a toddler or remembered when you were a kid, fantasy plays a big part in a kids life which the old comic strip “Calvin and Hobbes” portrayed so brilliantly. The fantasy is more appealing than the reality and anyone who contradicts that is viciously attacked. Why? Because they cannot accept reality. Why? Because they never matured mentally. Like when I was a kid and I thought I was Superman and my mom said “no you are not, don’t you go jumping off our roof thinking you can fly” I would get mad. Same exact thing is going on with liberals. Donald Trump is playing the adult to their child mentality and that’s why they are acting exactly like kids having a temper tantrum.
