On Sunday's edition of 'Fox & Friends' radio host Mark Levin discussed the evidence backing up President Trump's claim that someone from the Obama administration was spying on him before the inauguration:

MARK LEVIN: The evidence is overwhelming. This is not about President Trump’s tweeting. This is about the Obama administration spying, and the question is not whether it spied. We know they went to the FISA court twice. The question is who they did spy on and the extent of the spying that is the Trump campaign, the Trump transition, Trump surrogates...

They were so aggressive, they waited four or five months, they go back in October, weeks before the general election, they narrow their request, all of the sudden we have leaks coming out on Flynn. Then we have a 'Oh horrible' meeting that took place between Sessions and so forth. And I’m telling you as a former chief of staff to a United States attorney general in the Reagan administration, these are police state tactics.

Yes, and I am surprised to hear Levin speak so certainly about events that have not yet been proven. He can be such a drama queen, but is left with extrapolation and speculation just like the rest of us (who were never deputy dogs in the AG’s department).

Wonder if he gave more information to validate his opinion. I did not see F&F.

We all believe it to be plenty curious that both Flynn and Trump made calls abroad that were repeated nearly chapter and verse, in media, but proving out the who, what and when has, so far, come up empty.

The media reports last fall continually cited anonymous sources leaking alleged surveillance information.

Now they claim there was no surveillance.

So did they lie then or are they lying now?

I notice they are always really careful to say no proof of spying by any US agency. But this leaves out the possibility that it was done via foreign ally agency.

And that is the real scandal. Not the spying, but the use of foreign agencies to circumvent US law. Involving foreign allies in attempt to game a US election and then blaming the Russians could raise a Shai-Hulud size sh!tstorm.

President Trump said today that he has the evidence of the “wiretapping,” and is working on presenting it to the American people. Director Comey is parsing words. Everyone knows it was not the old fashioned wiretapping of ages past where you put a tape recorder on the connections of a phone block down in the basement of an office building. This is high tech surveillance where microphones and wireless transmitters can be the size of a grain of rice, dropped behind a picture frame. This is an age where every phone call in the nation is being digitized in text and stored in vast memory farms. You need a person’s phone conversation, it is there on your monitor, ready to be printed out.

It’s too easy to argue that the wiretaps were on the Russians and the powers-that-be were going through them looking for a connection to Trump aides, because the leftists had a fantasy that the two were working together.
