White House press secretary Sean Spicer confirmed Thursday that the Trump administration plans to appeal rulings from two federal judges that have temporarily blocked the revised travel ban.

"The danger is real and the law is clear," Spicer said. A ruling by a federal judge in Hawaii Wednesday resulted in a temporary restraining order nationwide, hours before it was set to go into effect. In a decision published Thursday morning, another federal judge in Maryland specifically blocked the 90-day ban on immigration for citizens of six Muslim-majority countries.

Do these judges think they are more powerful than the president?

Also, if some Muslims we let in because of their ruling commit terrorist acts, will the judges take responsibility for them?

... the state had established “a strong likelihood of success” on their claims of religious discrimination.....

Undoubtedly so in the fringe lunatic liberal Ninth Circuit.

Do these judges think they are more powerful than the president?

Given how things are going these days, they may well be.

The Marxist “One Worlders” are almost 20 years behind schedule for their world domination takeover. They will not stop now even though they blew it big time by selecting her majesty Hillary.

In between now and “soon”, start forwarding the refujihadis from those terrorist countries to Hawaii. Hawaiians appear to be very fond of them.

Dear President Trump, you've got to start playing street hardball. These delaying, harassment, no grounds, lawsuits are your future if you don't whack them back 10 times as hard.

This is their plan for the next four years, to paralyze the president and allow the government to be run by judges.

It's time chief, 'Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war'.

These judges are playing with fire.

On splitting up the 9th circuit. Let the existing judges of the 9th be in charge of Guam. The remainder of the circuit states can be assigned new circuits with Trump appointed judges

Trump should write up an EO banning Muslims from coming in.
That would set and define the current one out alone and separate.

Let the courts chew on that.

Trump needs to get the Gorsuch confirmation expedited and then appeal. This is case is clearly bound for the SCOTUS and is a case from which Ruth Bader Ginsburg should recuse herself since she has clearly exhibited her anti-Trump bias by vowing to move to New Zealand (which she still hasn’t done) if Trump were elected.
