There is the term “bridge-and-tunnel” describing people who live outside the island of Manhattan but come into the island to party and like.
Wow, what a disaster that campaign could be, especially now that people know to go to rallies and shout “Bill Clinton is a Rapist” and hold up signs to that effect.

Does the city actually require mayoral candidates to actually live within the boundaries of the city? Crazy concept I know, the idea that you actually live in a place where you seek election........

She just likes this speculation to keep her feeling relevant. I can’t imagine her running for NYC Mayor. I can see her continuing to allow the rumor mill to feed her ego, though.
This myopic, criminal and leftist city of liberals needs a leader representative of them, Hillary Clinton.
Why not governor of California, there’ll be an opening soon. Sacramento is a haven for aging socialists. It hasn’t become a complete leftist hellhole yet, so there’ll be more work for her to do.

Technically yes. But these are Democrats so the rules don't apply to them. Hillary could just rent some flat in Hells Kitchen, call it "home" and commute from her gated Chappequa mansion. Or she could use her daughter's address on Madison Ave and show up there once a month to make it look good (or when she has a "fainting" spell). Nobody would call her on it.
That said, if she decides to run, I do not think it will be the "slam dunk" that many feel it would be. Many New Yorkers (the city dwellers) will be put off by that obvious carpetbagging move. They tend to prefer mayors who are actually from the city and of the city. To them, Westchester County (where Hillary actually lives) might as well be on the moon.
After the current and the last one, Bloomberg, I pity the city. But then again, how she’ll run the city will be the same way she would have run (ruined) the presidency.
As long as she doesn’t have to have a medical exam.
Well, she can light up the fireworks she didn’t use on November 8th.
