This court ruling in HI has him really frustrated.

Still, so far, only mention of healthcare was carefully couched to get a cheer from the crowd re: tax cuts—oh, here we are now...

Yeah, he just laid into the 9th circuit. Now, he’s on Obamacare. I don’t think that he’ll have a lot of detail, but he is certainly reminding everybody about the way it was passed.
