COLUMBIA, Tenn. - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have upgraded an Endangered Child Alert for a 15-year-old from Maury County to an Amber Alert.
Elizabeth Thomas was said to possibly be with suspended Maury County teacher, 50-year-old Tad Cummins, in a Nissan with Tennessee tag 976ZPT.

I saw one of those documentary’s a couple of days ago about a little 8 year old who was kidnapped, raped, choked and had her throat slashed, then left on an ant bed. By some miracle she survived.
They eventually caught the guy and he hanged himself in a jail cell. He did the right thing for once.

Yes, she was probably manipulated emotionally, but she got into the car with him of her own volition.

15 year-olds cannot give consent. If she bought a car, it would be nullified because she is legally too young to make that decision. It’s the same with this.
