Pulmonary arterial hypertension
OK. But after reading the symptoms, it seems people with that affliction should not even be allowed to operate a motor vehicle.
Besides, I would bet that if I asked every driver parking in a handicap spot if they had Pulmonary arterial hypertension, they would say , “What?”.
Maybe I’m misjudging them. Are the following signs of PAH ?
