No comment on this.
So, if Michael Brown DIDN'T rob the liquor store, that means it was JUSTIFIED that he tried to overpower a police officer and take his gun to use against him?
GOT IT.
Brown was stopped because he was walking down the middle of a street, not for anything he might or might not have done at a liquor store.
Drug dealers are an integral part of their community.
They’re hopping mad now!
I think it's more if they (the police) lied about the robbery, what else did they lie about?
Now the protesters can legitimately question the official story of the confrontation between Officer Wilson and Brown.
What happened to the gentle giant narrative? I want his juvenile records released.
They will “DEMAND” Trump re-open the investigation and when he doesn’t it will be further proof Trump is a white supremacist.
This incident set back race relations by years——and whether he robbed the store or not DOES NOT MATTER.
.
Filmmaker? Was this video the actual surveillance tape or a re-creation using an actor to act out what the filmmaker thinks happened? Why is news so confusing now-a-days?
What liquor store? I thought it was a convenient store.
“A filmmaker has released the footage which he says shows Michael Brown did not rob a shop”
Just some footage. Can you say “edit”? Sure we can.
The point is that a robbery is what was reported to the police. That is the information acted upon.
Brown’s 1 A.M. behavior in the store was all part of the original police report. 40 FBI agents investigated this thing and nothing was ever hidden.
The information about the 1 A.M. drug deal wasn’t submitted to the grand jury because the prosecutor rightly concluded that whatever happened at 1 in the morning had nothing to do with the altercation between Brown and the police officer half a day later.
Did the incident/s at the store even come up in the investigation or the trial? It was entirely unrelated to what happened on the street leading to his shooting.
I guess that answers my question.
The video recording referenced in this story was from 1am, the night before the shooting. It was also shown to the grand jury. The police didn’t lie or hide this video
or he will and they will not like to real facts
I saw the film maker on FNC tonight. He went nuts when they showed the video had been edited.
So that makes it okay for Brown to try to ‘gun-jack’ a cop?
