Holy God,
So often we are overcome with fear and forget Who our Father is. We forget that we belong to the Creator of the Universe, the One Eternal Lord, the Author and Finisher of our Faith, the Blessed Redeemer, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, and the Prince of Peace. Father, we forget to be still and know that You are God. Help us, Lord, to believe in You and You alone---no matter what we see happening around us. You are the Truth and Truth always triumphs over reality. Thank You, Father, that we need never fear, but only believe.
Grant Your peace to those who defend our nation, Lord. Surely there are times when they are fearful and long to be home amid familiar surroundings. We pray that they will believe in Your unfailing love, Your everlasting faithfulness, and Your divine protection.
Father, we ask that You would fill our President Trump with the Spirit of the Lord, and may it rest upon him---the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. May he be filled with the courage to always do what is right, no matter what the consequences. When people attack and speak all manner of evil against him falsely, may he rely on Your promise to be his Defender and Vindicator. Thank You that You are his Strength, his Shield, his Stronghold, and his Sure Defense. Please lead him in every challenge he has in the coming week, and may he look back and see how Your mighty hand has guided him.
Grant peace and the spreading of the Gospel in Israel, Lord, and may Your protection cover all those who dwell there. Thank You for uniting President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu in the common goal of seeking peace, security, and blessing for Israel.
Father, we are bombarded by so much information each and every day. Much of it is misleading; much of it is false. You are the Source of everything that is true. Help us, Lord, to place our trust in You and only believe. In the Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share His divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.
EPHESIANS 6:10-18
10 A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. 12 For we] are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. 14 Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. 15 For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. 16 In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. 17 Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.
FATHER GOD:
ALL KNOWING, ALL SEEING GOD. You created the visible and invisible realms. You hold the universe in Your hands. Because of Your glory and excellence, You have given us great and precious promises so we can escape the world’s corruption. Thank You for giving us Your armor so we will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.
Pour out Your SPIRIT upon AMERICA. Draw close to us that we may know Your Presence. Teach us to us every piece of Your armor so we can resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle we will still be standing firm.
Enlist Your people in the battle for the soul of our nation. Give us our marching orders. The LORD is in Command. Blessed is the nation whose GOD is the LORD. In You we put our trust.
In JESUS Name we pray. AMEN.

Heavenly Father,
When Your servant David spoke up and said he’d fight Goliath, everyone laughed, including his own brothers. But David was a young man full of faith, and he knew something they didn’t know. He knew YOU are a God of faithfulness and power. May we never forget we serve an awesome God, and that our enemy trembles in Your presence.
