I don't think so. Her big chance would've been to take the risk and enthusiastically endorse Sanders. In that role, she could've stuck to the issue she was elected on, banking and monetary policy reform. I can't imagine how progressives could support her. And one cannot help but suspect a far-left candidate will appeal to those who are really, really angry about how the nomination was stolen for hillary. But not one who deserted them.
They need minority identity categories for their candidates, if they can get a candidate who is a woman, not white, openly lesbian, and transgender, that candidate will own Warren.
