After New Hampshire enacted Constitutional Carry, similar bills are still under consideration and a chance in Alabama, Indiana, North Dakota, and South Carolina. The bill is still under consideration in South Dakota, but the governor in South Dakota has already indicated that he will veto the bill. As of right now, there is still a chance for 16 to 17 states having Constitutional Carry by the end of the year.
Alabama: Will likely be voted on in the state Senate during the week of March 13th. Senate Judiciary Committee approved the bill, SB 24, with a 6-3 vote on March 1.
Indiana: Passed the Indiana state House by a 72 to 26 vote. . . .

Actually, the Three Judge “panel” that wrote the original decision on Peruta did a masterful job in it’s finding that California was indeed violating the Second Amendment with its arcane CCW permit laws. Unfortunately, the subsequent en banc, overturned it, but the original decision is a wonderful place to start in a challenge at the SCOTUS. It’s only about 75 pages and well worth the time it takes to read it.

IMO, any reciprocity Bill would be a step in the right direction but still misses the point - if more States decide to be restrictive, or to stop any sort of reciprocity, we could eventually be limited by the restrictiveness of States on a National level instead of just saying, “The Constitution Says the Right will not be infringed, so the People can go armed and any State/entity that tries to retaliate against them will be dealt with harshly”.
What I want to know is where is the CCW Reciprocity Bill?
The Senate Bill S. 446, does not provide for non-resident permits in the persons state of residence.

The House Bill H.R. 38, does provide for non-resident permits.

The House bill is better, but the Senate bill is still a large step forward.
