Americans are much more aligned with President Donald Trumps view of the country, rather than the globalist view held by the big business elite.
And now, Starbucks is suffering because of it!
Reuters reports:
YouGov BrandIndex, which tracks consumers sentiment toward companies and their willingness to purchase from those brands, noted that the data around this boycott is different because both measures are declining.
Starbucks consumer perception levels took an immediate hit as measured by YouGov BrandIndexs Buzz score, falling by two-thirds between Jan. 29 and Feb. 13, and have not recovered.
Starbucks Buzz score fell to 4 from 12 during that time. Such scores can range from 100 to -100 and are compiled by subtracting negative feedback from positive. A zero score means equal positive and negative feedback.
Prior to Schultzs refugee comments, 30 percent of consumers said they would consider buying from Starbucks the next time they made a coffee purchase, that fell to a low of 24 percent and now stands at 26 percent, according to a YouGov spokesman.

My view of Starbucks didn’t plummet.
It was already on the floor.....................
Starbucks that is.
Have not bought anything at Starbucks since 1995 or 1996.
Every town has its own small, local, privately-owned barrista and coffee shops. They are for more interesting and worthy of support than Starbucks. Go to these places instead.
Moreover, many of the Starbucks stores I enter now are filthy - uncleaned tables, dirty as heck bathrooms, overflowing garbage cans. They are suffering from over-reach, and the CEO/ owner’s political sermons are a symptom of that.
Why would anyone ruin their business over illegal aliens? I am amazed. I will never go their again. It was too high anyway by double!!
Shouda’ stuck with the subject of racism.
I’m not into designer coffee and never liked their regular Joe. Probably haven’t spent over $20 a there all in. So all I can do now is “especially not go there.”
Howard Schultz is a complete hypocrite. He bought a house a few blocks from me in Seattle in the early 80’s on Lake Washington. He proceed to put up a fence on a public waterfront access that was adjacent to his property to keep out the riff raff. It was City property and had been a swimming beach for decades. The neighborhood had to sue Howard and the City to make him take his fence down.
If I am in Seattle now in the summer I always make it a point to stop at that beach for a swim.
Don’t care if they hire Chimps! Have never spent a cent on their swill and never intend to!
There is a Starbucks in a Safeway store where I shop. The other day the barista was sitting at a table having coffee and no customers were around. It was prime coffee time about 9:00AM.
I asked her if they are slow because of the snow (being tactful) and she said it's been slowing down for a couple of weeks and the other girl who worked with her was laid off.
I didn't talk politics, she didn't look like she was knowledgeable anyway. I just smiled. She asked if I wanted coffee and I just said that I had water. She made no effort to get up and look eager for my business.
Yes or the effort to stifle Christmas.
We’re in a coffee shop right now. Definitely NOT star*ucks!
Reminds me of when our base hired in locals, to the flight line cafeteria, who knew NO English. 1968 Philippines..
Crew Chief Vs Cook.
Crew Chief: I would like a hamburger.
He: a ham baga?
C C: A HAMBURGER!
He: Ham bah gah!
CC: A BURGER!
He: BAH GAHA!
Tempers became short but nothing happened.
My view if Star#ucks has always been somewhere in the nether regions, somewhere real close to hell.
I always liked their coffee, but I always thought it was way overpriced and so rarely bought it. Came to realize the CEO is an anus and I stopped patronizing them altogether. Life goes on without them.
Good.
He's not ruining his business, he's just the CEO. He's ruining someone elses business.
It’s tough to boycott a place you never patronize.
