first of all, there are nearly innumerable ways of hosting pictures in a way that allows you to resize them. I mean, it’s a big internet. I just suggested one to you that required the minimum number of IQ points to operate.

I’ll just accept the fact that you either cannot or will not understand the concept of image hosting. but surely you know that any jpeg can be injected with malware . . . even the ones on crowd sourced(!) wikipedia — which is infested with liberal nonsense, if not malware, and not a place I frequent when looking for reliable information.

so, wikipedia may or may not have malware to offer, but it certainly has nothing but liberal talking points and regressive-progressive propaganda infesting it.

but, hey, if someone gently suggesting that you not be a crappy forum citizen makes you want to be a crappier forum citizen, then, as I said earlier, go with God. it’s totally your choice. but it’s a petulant and juvenile choice.

but you really should pay more attention to the preview. that’s what it’s there for.

I could do that - but I’d have to want to. Normally, I’m quite careful to not do that, as my posting history should show quite handily. I just didn’t notice it this time.

However, the more that other guy complains the more he makes me want to stop being intentionally courteous and start posting the largest possible images.

but what you said was, "it's impossible to know that it's a gargantuan image", which is manifestly false -- and which you seem to be admitting now.

and as I have said three times now, if being gently reminded that posting a massive graphic destroys the thread for safari iOS users (probably others are afflicted, but I'm sure it nukes those guys) makes you want to destroy more threads, then go with God. it's just not a productive use of anyone's time, especially yours.
