No, I don’t believe they were accidental. Clinton owed China a number of things for their financing his election and, ultimately, re-election campaign. He got caught for the money and was supposed to have paid them back. But the release of the MRV was far more important to the Chinese so they could sight their missiles they have aimed at our left coast as we speak. The Korea thing was also planned to give them the chance to change it.
But worse yet, you can also thank Jimmy Carter and Clinton’s stupidity for the final cog in the devise.
