The issue is WE will never see the phases 2&3 we ALWAYS get the BIG government part FIRST and then we never see the part that keeps costs down!! Just like Regan with amnesty DO WE HAVE A WALL........NO!!! The next shoe to drop on Trump will be LYIN RYAN telling him gee your tax cuts are just TO EXPENSIVE because the HC bill just costs to much money and we don’t have the votes!!! RYAN is NOT a friend of Trump NEVER has been!!! This goes in the toilet it is wrapped around Trumps neck, Ryan would like NOTHING MORE than this failure being wrapped around Trumps neck!!!!
