Germany was 5000 miles away across the Atlantic. Mexico has a 2000 mile border with us.
Germany did not have a territorial claim on the United States. Mexico still thinks they own the land the Southwest, and apparently more then that now.
There is no evidence that they are "assimilating" as a group. Quite the opposite. They don't want to leave because the lifestyle is too good, but their loyalty is to Mexico and Mexicans, and political enforcers like Ramos work relentlessly to keep it that way. Since guys like him can jump in a car and be in the U.S. in a few hours, there will never be a short supply of them.
I give Tucker a B- on this one. He did manage to zing the guy pretty good about being white and what is a “Latino”, but not once in horhay’s blathering about immigtants or Tucker’s struggle to keep him on the subject was the word ‘illegal’ mentioned. This isn’t about immigration as much as illegal immigration.

Jorge Ramos is an operative of the government of Mexico and must be removed from the country. I do not understand why the government does not arrest him and remove him from the country.
And also why does Mexico suck so much that so many want to leave?
President Trump has never been quoted as saying America is a “white country”, however, racist Jorge Ramos is on record as saying that America belongs to non-whites.
They want to leave because of the hopelessness caused by the rampant corruption there. On arriving here, they get to work quickly corrupting our society and turning it into what they left. It is all really sad. Problem is, people here have no where to go...our backs are to the oceans.

I’ve lived in California for 59 years, and can tell you that in my encounters with Mexicans, I can’t agree with you. I don’t see assimilation. I see rebels. Especially among the young.
Totally unlike Mexico where the whites of European descent rule, mestizos clean their toilets, and Indians are at very the bottom of the social strata.
Under the terms of the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, Mexico ceded Alta California, Texas and New Mexico to the USA.
Did Reagan’s amnesty essentially flip California? I don’t know and I won’t dislike the Gipper over it and I’m not being critical of him. I have seen maps where it seems the Hispanic population growth is largely centered in Southern California; almost to an artificial extent. A lot of the rest of the US still gets a pass on this demography because California, population-wise is so darn big.
I agree mostly, it won't be all Hispanics but some will be rebels and give the Democrat party their vote. Sure, a number will go Republican.
But just check on groups like La Raza Unida or the number of Mexican/Hispanic professors one hears about from time to time with radical beliefs, in fact, they sound a bit like Ramos. This is a whole part of the scenario as well and may even be more common than those who will assimilate.
One can look at a map, I wouldn't get too many jollies out of saying we won the Mexican American war. Perhaps it is not just the whole Southwest but the whole US that is going in this direction demographically. I hope not.

Ramos is one reason there is so much antipathy against illegal immigrants. Who in their right minds is going to welcome immigrants who think the country rightly belongs to them and not the current citizens. Not to mention the open hostility to whites and to America itself.

when people ask me about the Mexican illegal aliens, I just say that I am uncomfortable with being complicit with the Mexican ethnic cleansing by elite and wealthy Mexicans against their indigenous population. That certainly changes the conversation! Ramosis the ultimate elite Euro-Mexican who has been ethnically cleansing his country and enriching his peers with American money and drug dollars.
A wall guarded by 50,000 volts would take care of any more illegals.
