Regardless of Comey: the statement is correct.
‘Absolute’ privacy infer two things
1) you have ‘absolute’ control of your environment (communications etc)
2) other people ‘absolutely’ consider your privacy equal to theirs.
Anybody with any training in electronics or communications knows that eventually any encryption can be solved.
And NO communication over any type of network; especially radio or even ‘beam’ communication is 100% ‘private’.
The only way to 100% insure a ‘private’ conversation today, is to meet in person under a ‘cone of silence’ LOL
