U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer today urged the Acting Secretary of Army Civil Works to approve an agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) to release critical funds to dredge the Ogdensburg Harbor.

I guess Sen. Schumer didn’t realize that “elections have consequences”!
FOAD Schumer.
Actions have consequences. Want that harbor dredged? People need to find themselves a new Senator.
I did not know where the place was. I looked it up and it is on the St. Lawrence river. New York of coursed.
That must be his 54 foot yacht I see parked in the harbor.
Maybe Schumer needs to have a ‘come to Jesus/Trump moment’.
Maybe you can get Canada to do it for you.
Go pound sand Chuckie. You want to hold every thing Trump is trying to accomplish up? Guess what you and the people who put you in office are going to wait until you improve your attitude to get diddly squat.
That’ll cost you a Yes on Gorsuch.
Hey Chuck! Why don’t you get the news cameras down there, and open your damn mouth. I figure you could clear the harbor in about ten minutes.
Schmuck!
Oh Chuckie wants something from the administrative branch. I think they are understaffed as many cabinet positions are unoccupied. Wonder if Chuckie could be at all helpful?
Best response from WH: “Sorry Chuck. We’d love to look into this for you, but so much of our bandwidth at the moment is tied up in getting our nominations approved - INCLUDING GORSUCH - that we simply won’t have time to address this before the Nomination / Confirmation process is over”.
The R’s can CONSIDER it once all of Trump’s nominees are approved for courts and executive branches.
If that deepening were for a southern red state port, I’m sure he would be asking EPA to hold up the entire project.
I think Schumer is going to be given a lesson in negotiations.
Give your buddy Putin a call Schmucky.
Pray America woke
Or: “Sorry, Chuckles. But our data - obtained from very highly recommended Global Warming computer models (recommended by yourself, no less!) - clearly shows that the enormous sea level increase you should be seeing in that harbor by now is great enough that dredging won’t be needed.”
Just plain no
There must be some under-sea bug that needs saving in that harbor.
Schumer announces Ogdensburg runway extension
In 2016, he and Gillibrand sought a Federal Grant for a $5 million paint job for the international bridge at Ogdensburg, to replace the lead paint that was on it.
Also back in 2015, "the Port of Ogdensburg, received $10 million dollars in New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) funding to extend its dock wall, creating a second vessel berth at seaway depth."
I'd like to see where that $10 million was spent.
