This happened about ten miles from my home. The local news say the kid was psychotic and has been under medical treatment for mental illness - including some fairly heavy drugs. My guess is he stopped taking his meds.
Refugees should be made to work or lose their handouts.

Refugees and everyone else in this country who are able to work should lose their handouts! No work, no pay.
