Saudi Arabia may be a key U.S. ally in the Middle East, but the oil-rich kingdom is also the No. 1 supplier of fighters for the Islamic State terror group in Iraq, according to Iraqi military sources.

“The Saudi presence in ISIS is very large. What we have left are mainly Iraqis and Saudis,” one high-ranking Iraqi counterterrorism intelligence officer, who requested anonymity, told Fox News.

According to the article, Saudis make up roughly 30% of ISIS. Makes you wonder what is being taught in those Saudi religious schools.

Bush II used to walk hand-in-hand with the Saudi king. And Obama used to bow to the Saudi king. Those bold presidential actions evidently didn't do much to pacify the Saudi radicals. (/s, of course)

Who didn’t know this?

ISIS is Saudi Arabia, Syrian Refugees aren’t Syrian or Refugees, and John McCain has an R next to his name.

I thought everyone was on the same page about these things?

The extreme Wahabbi Cult (the State religion of Saudi Arabia) is the motivating ideology of ISIS.

The Saudis are the ones building the mosques and madrassas, training and paying Imams, and printing the textbooks, that indoctrinate muslims around the world into the extremist ideology of ISIS, al Queda, Hamas, Boko Haram, al Shabaab, etc.

They are the TRADOC of radical islam - its recruiting and training base. They are also the top funder.

Saudi funded madrassas have spread Wahabbi Islam far and wide, but the Kingdom is the cradle of jihad.

Several of the tribes in the region extend across the Saudi/Iraqi border. Those family relationships play a role as well.
