"A spokeswoman with Clayton Sheriff Victor Hill’s office did not return phone calls or respond to an email about the issue. At the time of the announcement, Hill’s office said it would not hold detainees beyond their release date and that federal authorities would need a judicial warrant in order for Clayton to hold them longer."

Note the AJC’s lack of the term illegal in the description of President Trump’s enforcement of immigration law.

Towns and cities all over the nation should offer illegals in their jurisdictions free bus tickets to “Sanctuary” cities and counties.

As an inducement make it perfectly clear that the local government will be cooperating with ICE to the fullest extent possible.

This policy would save local governments more than enough in welfare, food stamps, medical care, school costs, child care, reduced crime, etc. to compensate for the cost of the tickets.

And it gives the “Sanctuaries” more of what they seem to want.

Victor Hill, king of the Bannana Republic of Ga.

A little history:

On Monday -— his first day on the job -— Hill fired more than two dozen employees, including five of the highest-ranking officers.

Deputies summoned the employees to the jail about 10 a.m. and stripped them of their guns and badges. Then newly appointed Chief Deputy William Cassells handed out photocopied dismissal letters.

Sheriff’s department snipers stood guard on the roof of the jail as the fired workers were escorted out.

Because they were no longer allowed to use their county cars, some former deputies were driven home in vans normally used to transport prisoners.

Do a search on this guy and see who he is

The question is whether this is due to financial burden of holding prisoners past due date; legal, as in could be held liable for unjust punishment; or corruption due to playing along with the Democrat-drug cartel syndicate.
