'I will make the world rise up!' Turkish president's astonising threat after Germany snub

TURKISH leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan has insisted he will lead the world to “rise up” against Germany as tensions between the two nations continue to escalate.

President Erdogan has launched a series of attacks on Berlin after officials cancelled rallies aimed at courting an estimated 1.5 million ethnic Turkish voters in Germany before an upcoming referendum. The Turkish leader accused Germany of Nazi-type behaviour after the pro-Erdogan rallies were banned, in a widening European Union backlash that also includes Austria and the Netherlands. President Erdogan told a rally in Istanbul: “We will talk about Germany’s actions in the international arena and we will put them to shame in the world’s eyes. “If I want to, I will come to Germany. If you don’t let me in or if you don’t let me speak, I will make the whole world rise up!” He added he would “humiliate Germany before the world” at future international events.

Anyone living in Germany who votes in the Turkish election should be expelled immediately. This idea of foreign nationals putting coin in the bank and bread on the table, while holding some kind of dual citizenship arrangement has got to end.

And of course that goes for the USA too. Mexicans who compete with Americans for jobs, and then ship those wages back to Mexico, put a double hurt on America.

I finally found a European leader I detested more than Angela Merkel. Erdogan. I didn’t think it was possible.
Angela, next time you sit across the table with this guy Erdogan, raise a toast to The Turkish Empire, and throw a stein full of warm beer in his unshaven, wrinkly face!
Tell him “The Americans told me to do that!”

What is it with these tinhorn dictators fronting countries with the military potential of a gallon bucket full of white mice? Methinks the only people they might impress are their subjects, until said subjects make it out of earshot...

Not an empty threat. Germany started down this road when they imported massive numbers of Turkish Muslim workers to build their auto industry. They then committed the civilizationally-fatal act of importing over a million illiterate Muslim migrants for no economic reason whatsoever, and crushing all opposition to it. Erdogan is right to gloat. Germany is finished, and will be under the thumb of Islam.

They were allied last year!

Merkel made a deal with Erdogan wherein the EU would give Turkey an “incentive package”, aka bribe, worth billions if Erdogan kept the rapefugees from flooding Europe.

I wonder how well that deal is going to work now.

Merkel stupidity is downright criminal.

Oh, good. Two NATO members going at it. We got nukes in one country and a major air base in the other. Putin must be laughing his butt off.

This whole German idea of dual citizenship was dreamed up mostly by the SPD and Green Party members. Politically, they figured that such people would vote liberal.

Presently, it’s reaching a stage where major fallout is going to occur and some big blame is going to be handed out.

For Erdogan’s part, he’s more or less destroyed German tourism into Turkey. They used to get almost six million German tourists a year. Last year, with the coup occurring in mid-July...the German tourists dropped by 1.5 million (mostly all after the July coup). This year? No one is saying much and it’s early...but some suggestions are that it’ll be less than one million German tourists for this year. Massive drop in hotel profits and unemployment around these resort areas won’t even be discussed in public forums anymore.

Basically the same thing that happened in the US with Mexico - when one country lets in a huge number of minorities from a single country, the leader of that single country tends to think he has more power because now he has ‘two’ countries and two sets of constituents.

In any mob or riot, or crime scene, the first shouts of denouncing “nazis” and “fascists” belong to the nazis and fascists. The first voice accusing the devil belongs to the devil.
