I suspect they are putting out this “plausible deniability” situation & will pin this on a lesser figure in Obama’s administration. And technically they can get away with this, because this is how these things are set up, but everyone knows Obama would know about this & give a wink & a nod to see that it gets done.
Just watched the Mark Levin piece on Fox laying out the case. Mark Levin is one smart cookie despite his abrasive persona.
