That is what Ed Klein has been saying all along about Comey. It's nothing new; according to him Comey has always been upset about the possibility that Hillary®! would skate completely on the serious national security issue of keeping an unsecured server.

So this isn't new. It's just what Klein has always believed. He has no more reason to believe it now than he did in the book he published before Comey gave PIAPS a pass over the summer.
