I think I jumped the gun on this considering the stupid source of the NY Times. It is legal stuff which is over my head. Comey is probably doing the right thing. I would not know for sure.

Thank you! There is a usually a point to be made when one is chasing his own tail, then turns and takes a piece out of the near by bystander watching. Comey, Klapper and Brennan were the most useful tools on earth to the Left.
There is no way Bannon or Breitbart would build a case that wasn’t there, about being wired, and don’t forget the foreign British gal who was first reporting this in October with her own timeline, from whom Breitbart picks up the story and quotes her.
