That's precisely the problem for the Dems here. Absolutely no one who isn't a blindfolded partisan can ignore the deliberate corruption of practically every executive department during the 0bama regime: the IRS, DOJ, EPA, NSA, CIA just for starters. This abuse is perfectly in character, consistent with past, unpunished abuses.
Part of it is due to certain ideological assumptions on the part of 0bama's staff: they mistook an election for a revolution and assumed that the power conferred was not merely on loan, as it always is in the American system. Hence the hysteria upon the realization that it isn't theirs anymore.
The problem is that Trump won and that power transfer is flowing his direction. Were he merely a candidate still the office-holders could close ranks and laugh the thing off as they have for the last eight years. But he's the President, with all the resources that implies. They ought to know, they're the resources they've been abusing for all this time. The fear is real.
