..... Nope ..... Not the same as Watergate cuz Obama is no longer a sitting Prez ...... But still ..... It does seem to rise to the occasion of illegal activities!!!

He was a sitting president at the time of the wiretapping and can still be impeached/convicted. I’m cynical enough to think that someone lower in the pecking order will be held accountable...if at all.

And that may be good news, he lost some of the protections a sitting President might have. Like your VP granting you a Pardon.
