The third scenario and the one not mentioned by Graham is that if Obama obtained the warrant based on fabricated information given to the FISA court, then Obama's head better roll along with Brennan (who I highly suspect had his hands all over this).

Bingo! I am not a Linda Graham fan, but that shouldn't cloud my judgment in this matter. Graham was clearly annoyed with the crowd laughing at what was not intended as a joke, and even told the mouthy bimbo to stop talking when she kept interrupting about "Russia." My initial impressions were (a) Trump tweeted because he has the evidence, (b) Graham smells Obama's blood in the water, and (c) Graham wants to curry Trump's favor to save his own skin.
